The audit is carried out in close cooperation with the client. In addition to giving the auditor’s opinion, an audit ensures that you are always kept up-to-date with regard to material risks in finance and accounting, and that you can accurately assess them. Thus, the respective audit strategy is always aligned to the clients and is, if need be, supplemented by requests for additional company-specific audit priorities.
Consolidated financial statements are no longer a topic for capital market-oriented companies alone. Due to continuing globalization and growing specialization, there are also more and more medium-sized companies that have corporate structures similar to those of a group of companies and thus make new demands on their accounting.
SHWP have many years of experience in auditing and preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and IFRS. We generally use the International Standards of Auditing (ISA). SHWP are certified as auditors by the Professional Chamber of Auditors and regularly undergoes internal quality management. For the auditing of cross-border consolidated financial statements, cooperation partners from other countries are available if need be.
